Drybrushing, or dry brushing, has many potential benefits, from smoother skin to aiding with lymphatic drainage.
You also remove the dead skin cells during brushing, making the skin healthier and smoother.
With dry brushing, you brush the skin towards the heart before showering. You start at the legs, then the hands and end on your stomach and chest. You do this with an upward movement.
* Do not use this brush on your face as the bristles are much too hard for this.
